Making Par Baked Pizza Crust on the QubeStove Wood Fired Pizza Oven

I'm making par baked pizza crust on the QubeStove wood fired pizza oven in this video! Having some as we call it emergency par baked pizza crust is a life savor if everyone wants pizza and you are out of dough balls!! The par bakes are awesome for a quick meal for the kids after a bust day at work! I can fire up the QubeStove and we can have our first homemade pizza in about 15 minutes!! I always have par bakes on hand because they are so dang easy to make! Now that I found out I can do them in the QubeStove I can save some electricity and be outside where I enjoy to do most of my cooking anyways!! Now you can see I ran these at a lower temp. I simply got the QubeStove up to around 700 degrees and as the pellets started to burn down I made up a few crusts! Both ran for about 1 minute but I was going by looks over time. I did add a handful for the last one just to make sure I had enough to run 1 test pizza on the par bake crust! If I would have let the stone warm back up for about 5 mins that crust would have really been crispy but that sausage pizza still turned out dang good!
