DISCLAIMER: This episode was recorded after the Windows Fall Creators update that partially broke Fallout Stutter Remover. You may notice more stutters and instability when I travel through the map and play the game. This problem was solved only after the release of the F3TF (Fallout 3 Tick Fix).

- 00:26 - In the south section.
- 00:45 - I thought about jumping down there.
- 01:20 - Door to a larger central area.
- 02:08 - Alerting everyone to my presence.
- 04:24 - Crossing the planks to the other side. Then heading downstairs.
- 06:12 - Heat sign on the other side of the wall. I open the door and throw a grenade in there.
- 07:08 - Looting the place.
- 09:23 - Back to the central area.
- 10:11 - That door needs a key.
- 10:33 - Jumping on the water. There are some ammo boxes.
- 11:39 - I swim through a flooded passage.
- 12:21 - A room on the right is full of Feral Ghouls. I place some frag mines.
- 12:42 - Fire in the hole! I burn the survivors.
- 14:21 - Looting the area near the flooded passage.
- 15:07 - In the room where the ghouls were. The Torn Explorer's Note was on the bookshelf.
- 17:17 - To the left side of the tunnel. The door requires a key I don't have.
- 18:49 - Swiming back to the central area. I look for the key everywhere.
- 21:21 - I return to the room with the opening on the floor. I jump down there.
- 21:42 - I use the terminal to open the door. The room has some healing items and ammo boxes.
- 22:58 - I'm on the lower floor, and the door I opened is the one seen at 10:11.
- 23:31 - Leaving the south section of the sewer.
- 23:55 - On my way to Springvale Sewer North.
- 25:46 - I go in alone. The team waits at the door.
- 26:37 - Many Feral Ghouls ahead. The old frag mine strategy still works.
- 28:06 - Inspecting the area.
- 31:23 - Going downstairs. The lockers near the old machinery had some ammo, including Mesmetron Power Cells.
- 32:01 - I reach another section of the sewer.
- 33:18 - I go to the north, then east.
- 34:13 - Opening the door, then going upstairs. I clear the south side after lockpicking the door.
- 36:05 - Some Crazed Ghouls in a room with a locked door. I inspect the place.
- 38:15 - A Nuka Cola Quantum behind the oven.
- 38:56 - Openin the nearby armory with the Springvale Sewer Armory Key.
- 39:10 - The Emergency Operation Procedures note is on the floor.
- 40:15 - Lots of ammo on the workbench.
- 40:33 - Accessing the 4D Containment Terminal. I have the required Repair or Science skill to fix the problem. I received the 4D Storage Mark I. Now I can carry more stuff. Yay!
- 41:04 - You'll notice I have to 4D Storage Mark I. That happens because of changes made to 4D Storage units since early versions of the mod.
- 41:26 - Repairing and crafting ammo on the workbench.
- 41:34 - Checking the Operations room. Some ammo and first aid boxes are on the metal shelves.
- 43:08 - The local map. I have to investigate the southmost side of the area.
