After doing a bit of reading myself, there's a lot that can make things go all kinds of weird with rescheduling Cannabis. From the various forms.ofnthe act they're referring to, the Controlled Substances Act, and depending upon which version a state took on depends on if trigger laws will effect them. it's something to keep in mind. it is Compared to the effects after hep legalization for states. However, Federally no person may sell for monetary benefit or exchange any scheduled substance with out DEA / FDA liscences to do so. There's some.good, not as much as I initially thought. possible even bad tbh if the FDA decides they need to become.more.imvolved.
