I love this quote even if it's hard to actually implement.

In 2015, Amazon released the Amazon Firephone and it failed spectacularly costing the company hundreds of millions of dollars.

People were aghast but Jeff Bezos' statement?
"If you think that's a big failure, we're working on much bigger failures right now. And I am not kidding. And some of them are going to make the Fire Phone look like a tiny little blip,"

Hard to imagine isn't it? But what if we took that approach with the mistakes we made? Don't you think it would be better?
