How to smoke Peanut Butter and Jelly Pork Spare Ribs on a Pellet Grill - maybe the Perfect Mashup!

Welcome to the Mothership! I'm not even going to ask if you like BBQ or Spare Ribs, but do you like Peanut Butter and Jelly sammies? If so then you need to give this a try. We are smoking up perfect pork spare ribs on my pellet smoker, and finishing the cook off basting with a home-made PB&J sauce! This is a fantastic one guys, well worth giving it a try. Lets get started...

Ingredients:
1-2 Racks of Pork Spare Ribs (trimmed or untrimmed)
Kosher Salt
Coarse Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Paprika

Apple Cider

PB&J Mop:
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Jelly (I used strawberry, but jelly works great!)
1/4 Cup Apple Cider (hard) or a fruited beer or fruit juice
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Siracha (optional)
Salt + extra sugar to taste
