Smoking Prime Picanha Like a Brisket - The Most Insane Cooking Method!

Welcome to the Mothership! Today we are going down the road towards madness and experimenting on one of the best steak cuts - the picanha. Similar to my previous tri-tip recipe, I wanted to see if we can cook a picanha low and slow up to the point of intermuscular breakdown (around 195-203) and compare it to our good ol' brisket. Lets see if this was worth it. I will be using my pellet grill but the method and results should be the same on any type of smoker. Lets get started...
