Smoked Bison Brisket - Christmas BBQ 2023
Welcome to the Mothership! This Christmas we are smoking up a brisket for our BBQ dinner. But instead of going with the tried and true beef brisket, I wanted to mix it up a bit. This year we are smoking up a Bison Brisket! While generally much smaller and leaner than a Beef brisket, Bison is a super dense protein and packs even more flavor into every bite! This is my first time smoking up a bison brisket so lets see if its worth the effort and the cost! I will be smoking this up on my pellet grill, but the method and process should work on all smokers!
