Smoked Yakitori Chicken Skewers - Full Recipe and BBQ Tutorial!

Welcome to the Mothership! Today were doing a simple, yet absolutely delicious, week-night cook. Yakitori Chicken skewers are all about the sauce (Tare) and were going to make everything from scratch! These can easily be done on a hot propane/charcoal grill, or your oven broiler, but I'm going to do these on my pellet smoker!

Skewers:
~2 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper

Tare:
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Mirin
1/4 Cup Sake
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Green of 1 Scallion
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Inch of Peeled Ginger (minced)
