What is Gratitude?
What is the true meaning of gratitude?
Here is one definition
Gratitude is one of many positive emotions. It's about focusing on what's good in our lives and being thankful for the things we have. Gratitude is pausing to notice and appreciate the things that we often take for granted, like having a place to live, food, clean water, friends, family, even computer access.
Be grateful has been the easiest thing for me to have a knowing the moment I become aware of being grateful. Instantly my body felt still and my mind clear.
When we are in the state of Gratitude, we are in with our Soul. Our soul is the truth

Bring awareness to 3 perspectives,
Being grateful for being you
Being grateful for another

Have fun being creative with things you are grateful for
Here are a few ideas
Being grateful the stranger you cross paths with, being grateful for the trees, being grateful for your past moment
See what comes up for you today and I encourage to create space for bringing gratitude into your daily practice
