Recipe of cocktails:
1. GRAIN OLD-HATTEN.
Burned barley syrup - 10 -15 ml
Red vermouth - 10-15 ml
Malt whisky - 30 ml
Genever - 20 ml
Buckwheat popcorn as a decor and garnish.
Stir in the mixing glass and pour to the rocks glass with ice.
2. BITTER COSMO.
Vibernum-cranberry gelly-syrup - 30 ml
Lemon juice - 20-25 ml
Aperol - 15 ml
Citrus infused vodka - 40-45 ml
Sparkling wine - 40 ml on the top
Shake all ingedients in the shaker, exept sparkling wine. Strain to cocktail glass and add it. Garnish with currant.
3. UKRAINE COLADA.
Pear caramel - 30 ml
Peace of pear - 80-100 gr
Sugar syrup - few dashes
Lemon juice - few dashes
Apricot or pear distillate - 55-60 ml
Crushed ice - 1 scoope
Blend it in the blender then pour in tiki mag with ice. Garnish with pear and mint.
