Today, we’ll talk about my print-on-demand Shopify business, and I’ll share how much money I make online with Printful. More specifically, I’ll show you how much my print-on-demand store has made in the last 30 days and my total sales for 2022. I'll be making a very detailed video showing you step-by-step how to create a print-on-demand store using Shopify, so make sure if you're not already subscribed to tick that notification bell so you know exactly when it comes out.

So, what is Print on Demand exactly, and how does it work? Print-on-demand is a popular concept among bookstores, publishers, entrepreneurs, and more. T-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, and a variety of other goods are among the Print on Demand products. The print-on-demand model is based on a single defining principle: printing occurs when an order is placed. Consumers place an order, and the product is only generated after the order is placed.

Printful is simple to integrate into your Shopify store, so you'll be surprised to see how easy it is to connect your Shopify store to Printful. Make an account with Printful and Shopify. Follow the steps after clicking the "Add app" button at the top of the screen. Printful items can be added and synced. You're done once you've set up your billing and shipping.

Drop-shipping is the process of passing on a customer's order to a provider partner, who subsequently ships the order directly to the customer. Drop shippers can make a lot of money by selling things without having to have a physical inventory or by supplementing current inventories. Drop-shipping entails shipping straight from the manufacturer to the client, with no physical possession of the product taken by the company that received the order. Because many E-commerce businesses do not have their own warehouse to store products, several manufacturers and aggregators offer the service of stocking inventory for E-commerce businesses and shipping directly to customers after an order is received.

The drop-shipping model allows products to be created in quantity and then stocked and ready to ship. The finished product is not created in bulk ahead of time in the case of Print on Demand; rather, printing begins after an order is received. Print-on-demand companies are often referred to as drop-shippers since they print products immediately after receiving an order and then ship them directly to the client.

There are many advantages of using print on demand as a business model. Because the products are printed as they are requested and then dispatched directly to the customer, there is no need for warehousing. There are no actual things made until they are ordered. The beautiful thing about print on demand is that it frees up time to focus on other things like marketing and sales by letting the printers handle everything. The printers produce detailed sales statistics in order to keep track of costs and profits.
