Russia, Neocons, and the "Rules-Based Order": Arnaud Develay Reports from Crimea

The neocons tell us we are fighting Russia in Ukraine to save the "rules-based international order." But the neocons don't believe in rule of law. The only rule, they say, is the right of the strong to rule over the weak—and to make up the fake "rules" as they go along.
In this interview, international lawyer Arnaud Develay, who worked with Ramsey Clark to defend Saddam Hussein and other victims of US kangaroo courts in Iraq, discusses Russia's effort to build a world regulated by international law, not by the arbitrary psychopathic "justice" of the neocons.
