Today I’m going to show you how to grow edible seed sprouts using a seed sprouter, or seed sprouting kit! It’s easy and you can harvest the sprouts in a few days! I'm sprouting a "salad mix" with clover, kale, and broccoli as well as some spicy radish sprouts!
Your job is to rinse and water the seeds twice a day. When you use a seed sprouting kit it is designed with a perforated bottom so the water can run out and not sit and stagnate.
