TURN IT UP ENDURANCE WORKOUT FOR BASKETBALL PLAYERS

This is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that will help you improve your endurance and speed on the court. Basketball players need a high level of endurance to be successful on the court. The ability to run up and down the court, jump, and make quick movements puts a lot of demands on the body. HOW TO DO THE TURN IT UP ENDURANCE WORKOUT
This workout is designed to improve your endurance and stamina on the court. It is best to do this workout 2-3 times per week, either before or after your regular basketball practice.
