Is Lake County, FL using cheap plastic trash cans, or are trash trucks mangling the cans?

Dated Jul. 21, 2022 - Over the past 2-3 months, Lake County, FL contracted trash trucks with hydraulic arms have destroyed my large (not recycled) trash can and I need a new one. The truck driver said to ask Lake County for a new "can" so I sent them this information in an email on July 21, 2022.

Although some of the drivers really bang the trash can around, I think the REAL problem is that defective plastic used in the can becomes brittle in the Florida heat just like many other plastic items kept outside like Windex bottles, plastic storage bins, etc.

Here is a picture and a video of what The Lake County trash trucks have done to this trash can (where defective plastic may have contributed to the problem).
Also notice that the lid "hinges" have to be restrained with THREE plastic zip ties on each plastic hinge because one broke completely apart. Again, cheap plastic in my viewpoint.
