HUNTER BIDEN LAPTOP - Shop owner sues Twitter for defamation over "hacked" claim of Hunter Biden's laptop. John Paul Mac Isaac filed his lawsuit claiming he was forced to shut down his business, in part, because Twitter labeled the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop as being hacked materials causing damage to his reputation. Mac Isaac also asked Twitter to “make a public retraction of all false statements and to issue a public apology."

HERD IMMUNITY IN APRIL? - Johns Hopkins professor Dr Marty Makary has made a bold claim: 'We'll have herd immunity by April'. The CDC estimates that some 83.1 million Americans have had the virus. With a population of 331 million, that estimate would suggest that a quarter of the US population has been infected and immunity to COVD-19. Combined with the 12.6 percent of the US that's been infected, that would bring the total share of Americans with COVID-19 immunity to 37.6 percent. 'In large part because natural immunity from prior infection is far more common than can be measured by testing. 'Applying a time-weighted case capture average of One in 6.5 to the cumulative 28 million confirmed cases would mean about 55 percent of Americans have natural immunity.'

NYS:
CUOMO COVERUP- Cuomo received more than $2 million from the Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA), its executives, and its lobbying firms. Cuomo’s April 2020 budget included a provision shielding hospital and nursing home executives from legal consequences if their corporate decisions killed people during the pandemic.

NYS Democrats have introduced a bill to remove emergency powers from Governor Cuomo related to COVID. Additional, 9 NYS Democrats claim Obstruction of Justice by the Cuomo Administration. Assemblyman Kim claims Governor Cuomo called and threatened to destroy him.
