"This Is A Secure Facility". Cops Called. Educated. Global Gas Terminal. Chelsea. Police. Mass.

This was on Monday April 19th 2021, at approximately 830, outside of the Global Chelsea terminal, in Chelsea Massachusetts. This terminal is in a residential neighbourhood, also across from a public park and underneath the Tobin bridge across the harbour from Boston Massachusetts. I started filming while I was at the park and within 2 minutes of me starting to film I was yelled at through the intercom system that I could not take pictures.

Within minutes of them yelling over the intercom I was approached by a worker and was told it was a secure government facility that I could not take pictures. Soon that guy was accompanied by 2 other guys. Another one of them approached me ask me more questions and they called the cops.
