***Pediatricians are REWARDED for Vaccinating Children. There are many reasons ($$$) why they push those vaccines. It is the EASIEST Money a doctor can make and they are never held liable for anything that happens. It’s a Win / Win scenario for them. In an April 16th interview with Polly Tommey, Dr. Paul Thomas, explained how the American medical establishment incentivizes pediatricians to fully vaccinate their young patients, and fines them if they don’t. Vaccinations that have been proven to cause more death and harm than the diseases they are said to be preventing. “Well, as other practices started kicking people out of their practices if they weren't following the CDC schedule, I was getting more and more families who didn't want to do any vaccines. Which was fine with me. So we took an entire month of every single billing sheet. And on every visit, on the back of that, our providers would mark off what vaccines we recommend according to the CDC schedule. Families could decline them. And then our billing department, insurance company by insurance company, vaccine by vaccine, we looked at how much money was being lost for vaccines that were refused, just the admin fee. So there's three main ways you make money off of vaccines in pediatrics. The number one is the admin fee. And you get about, it depends on the insurance company, every contract's different, but I would average it out to say about $40 for the first antigen and $20 for each subsequent antigen. So let's just say a two month well baby visit. There’s a DPT. That's three shots, three antigens. Hib, Prevnar, HepB, Polio, Rotavirus, six shots, eight antigens, about $240. Thank you for giving those shots. Multiply that by the fact that I was getting 30 to 40 newborns per month. They're coming in repeatedly at two months, four months, six months, nine months, twelve months, fifteen, eighteen months, and age two. So we looked at the admin fee loss and from my practice that was billing at that time, about 3 million gross, we were losing a million dollars, over a million dollars, in vaccines that were refused. So you cannot stay in business if you're not giving, pretty close to the CDC schedule. It just doesn't pencil out economically at all. But let me tell you about the other two ways we make money from vaccines. One is the markup. That's small. They don't allow a lot of profit on vaccines as far as markups. But they do this thing called incentives or bonuses. And it's called a “Quality Bonus.” Well in pediatrics, one of the main quality measures is how well you vaccinate. Isn't that interesting? It has nothing to do with how healthy your kids are. Like when I studied my vaxed vs unvaxed patients, the unvaxed were so incredibly healthy. They rarely got sick. They rarely would end up in an emergency room or in a hospital or with any chronic condition. So being unvaxed results in very healthy kids who don't use a lot of medical dollars. Every health system should want that. But it's reversed, it's all flipped, It's bizarre. You're supposed to have had your kids up to date about 80% of them by age two. Guess what percentage of my population was at fully vaccinated at age two? 1%. The goal is 80%. So Doctor Paul gets an F minus. Basically what that means is not only do I not get paid the normal amount for everything else we do in the office, I get dinged maybe 10 or 15% off of those RVUs, relative value units, that are ascribed. Everything you do in medicine is given a value. If you do very well on your quality measures, you're a really good vaccinator, you may get an additional 10% on everything you do in your office. That's huge. SIDs is sudden infant death syndrome. When you hear the word syndrome, it means we don't know what it is. We don't know what causes it. Well, we actually have a pretty good clue because there are six data sets. Studies that looked at SIDs when that infant died, relative to when they got a vaccine. In one data set, 97% were in the first ten days after the vaccine. For the six other studies, a couple of them showed that 50% of the deaths happened in the first week. But 75 to about 90% of those deaths are happening in the first week after vaccines in all these studies. We've known this for decades. The countries that have the most infant vaccines have the highest infant mortality. Guess where the US stands? We are number one in infant vaccines. We are number one in industrial countries for infant mortality. If this is the case and it is, as it is in the contract, then why would governments agree to this CONTRACT? Why would they tell us it is “Safe & Effective” when the Contract they all signed said just the exact opposite? So their so called “mRNA Vaccines” are not fit for any purpose. A decrease in visceral volume is evidenced by the diminishing size of their thoracic and abdominal cavities. Frank infections of the bone appear regularly and often appear to be the case of death. By the time the third deficient generation is born, the cats are so physiologically bankrupt that none survive beyond the sixth month of life, thereby terminating the strain. A study of the microscopic sections of the lungs of second and third generation deficient cats show abnormal respiratory tissues. The lungs show hyperemia, some edema and partial atelectasis (incomplete expansion of lungs at birth), while the most deficient show bronchitis and pneumonitis (localized acute inflammation of the lungs without toxemia). In several cases, a hypothyroid condition exists with the thyroid gland showing scanty colloid and small acini (plural of acinus—one of the small sacs in a gland lining with secreting cells), again not observable in raw-meat-fed cats. Cooked-meat-fed cats show much more irritability. Some females are even dangerous to handle and three are named Tiger, Cobra, and Rattlesnake because of their proclivity for biting and scratching. The males, on the other hand, are more docile, often to the point of being unaggressive, and their sex interest is slack or perverted. In essence, there is evidence of a role reversal with the female cats becoming the aggressors and the male cats becoming passive as well as evidence of increasing abnormal activities between the same sexes. Such sexual deviations are not observed among the raw food cats. Vermin and intestinal parasites abound. Skin lesions and allergies appear frequently and are progressively worse from one generation to the next. Pneumonia and empyema (accumulation of pus in a cavity of the body, especially the chest) are among the principal causes of death in adult cats while diarrhea followed by pneumonia takes a heavy toll on the kittens. At autopsy, cooked-meat-fed females frequently present ovarian atrophy and uterine congestion, and the males often show failure in the development of active spermatogenesis (process of formation of spermatazoa). (Spermatazoa (plural of Spermatazoon--male germ cells.) Abortion in pregnant females is common, running about 25 percent in the first deficient generation to about 70 percent in the second generation. Deliveries are generally difficult with many females dying in labor. The mortality rate of the kittens also is high as the kittens are either born dead or are born too frail to nurse. Following delivery, a few mother cats steadily decline in health only to die from some obscure physiological exhaustion in about three months. Other cats show increasing difficulty with their pregnancies, and in many instances, fail to become pregnant. The average weight of the kittens born of cooked-meat-fed mothers is 100 grams, 19 grams less than the raw meat nurtured kittens. REGENERATING CATS When cats of the first and second generation cooked-meat-fed groups are returned to a raw meat diet, they are classified as regenerating animals of the first and second orders. Their progeny are then maintained on an optimum diet to measure the time needed to rebuild their health to that of the normal cats. It requires approximately four generations for either order to regenerate to a state of normal health. However, because of the lack of reproductive efficiency, very few deficient animals regain the normal health noted before deficiency was imposed on their line of cats. Improvement in resistance to disease is noted in the second generation regenerating cat, but allergic manifestations persist into the third generation. In the third generation, skeletal and soft tissue changes are still noticeable, but to a lesser degree; and by the fourth, most of the severe deficiency signs and symptoms disappear—but seldom completely. One of the experiment's more startling discoveries is that once a female cat is subjected to a deficient diet for a period of 12 to 18 months, her reproductive efficiency is so reduced that she is never again able to give birth to normal kittens. Even after three or four years of eating an optimum diet, her kittens still show signs of deficiency in skeletal and dental development. When her kittens are maintained on an optimum diet, a gradual reversal and regeneration takes place. Cooked Meat provides no true energy. It is Dead Meat. It is dead for the body. Useless. Conclusion: In this study, which only allowed for the calculation of unadjusted observational associations, higher ORs were observed within the vaccinated versus unvaccinated group for developmental delays, asthma and ear infections. Vitamin A appears particularly important, and studies sponsored by the World Health Organization have confirmed that high doses of vitamin A supplementation protect children against complications and death associated with the disease. Miller said: “By the time the measles vaccine was introduced in the United States in 1963, by the late 1950s, the mortality rate from measles had drastically dropped. “This was due to the fact that the population had gained protection against the more dangerous ravages of the disease. This happens with a lot of different diseases. “In my book, I’ve got many different types of graphs and illustrations to help the reader understand the main points I’m making many of these graphs show that these diseases were declining significantly on their own, well before vaccines were introduced. “For example, scarlet fever. Where did scarlet fever go? Why don’t we see cases of scarlet fever when we didn’t have mass vaccinations with a scarlet fever vaccine? That’s an important point to be made.” A child and adult holding hands Million Dollar Match The Battle For The Truth MAKE A DONATION Many childhood diseases are protective against cancer Another significant point is there are dozens of studies demonstrating that contracting certain childhood diseases actually protects you against various types of cancer later in life — everything from melanoma to leukemia. It’s important to realize that when you have a naturally acquired infection, you’re really exercising your immune system quite profoundly, developing authentic, lifelong immunity in the process, which is radically different from the type of artificial and temporary immunity you get from a vaccine. One of the reasons for this is that vaccines stimulate a completely different part of your immune system than does fighting off a naturally acquired infection. There’s even evidence suggesting childhood diseases help protect against future heart disease. Miller said: “A Japanese study … looked at over 100,000 men and women of elderly age. They looked back at their history of catching these common childhood illnesses. “Did they catch chickenpox, rubella, measles and mumps? What they found was it’s actually protective against heart disease. “You’re protected against heart attacks and various types of arteriosclerotic disease of the artery systems. It’s protecting the arterial system so that you are protected not only — when you catch these diseases — from cancers, but from heart disease, heart attacks and strokes as well. “There are different theories on why that takes place. But the important thing is that study after study confirms that it takes place.” Vaccines create problematic mutations Another vaccine-related problem that many are completely unaware of is the fact that vaccines cause mutations in the disease-bearing microorganisms, much in the same way antibiotics cause bacteria to mutate. The diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis vaccine (DTaP), for example, has caused the pertussis microorganism, Bordetella pertussis, to mutate and evade the vaccine. The same thing happened with the pneumococcal vaccine and the Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib) vaccine. He said: “They’re finding, for example, when you’ve got a vaccine that targets only certain strains of disease where multiple strains are actually causing the disease, the vaccine is pretty effective at reducing the incidence of disease from that particular strain. “But what happens is the other strains come and take their place … They come back even stronger. “That’s what [happened] with Prevnar, a vaccine for pneumococcus, pneumococcal disease. All infants that receive vaccines according to the CDC’s standard immunization schedule receive a pneumococcal vaccine at 2, 4 and 6 months of age. “That vaccine only targeted seven strains. Pneumococcal has 90 different strains capable of causing pneumococcal disease. “They were pretty effective at reducing the amount of disease caused by the pneumococcal strains targeted by the vaccine. But what happened within just a few short years, the other strains became more prevalent … taking the place of the original strains [and] they became more virulent. “They came out with a new vaccine in 2010 … to deal with the vaccine losing its efficacy because of what I just explained. The new vaccine included the original seven strains plus six additional strains, the ones that were causing most of the pneumococcal disease now. “Within two years of the new upgraded, updated pneumococcal vaccine, the strains had already mutated.” Tragically, parents are being blamed and harassed for many of these vaccine failures. Parents are being told that if they don’t vaccinate their kids, they are responsible for spreading the disease. That’s the idea the CDC, the medical industry and the pharmaceutical industry are promoting. However, if you actually read the studies, you’ll find what the scientists know — the real problem is evolutionary adaptation. Herd immunity cannot be achieved through immunizations Another core argument for mass vaccinations is achieving herd immunity. Miller believes, and I agree with this belief, that herd immunity may never be achieved through vaccination because high vaccination rates encourage the evolution of more severe disease-causing agents. In a vaccinated population, the virulence increases due to selective pressure, as the pathogen is strengthened and adapts in its fight for survival against the vaccine. Meanwhile, in an unvaccinated population, the environment actually promotes lowered virulence, as the pathogen does not want to kill its host. A wise pathogen is one that’s able to infect many hosts without killing them because when the host dies, the pathogen loses the environment upon which its own survival depends. However, once the disease organism mutates and becomes more virulent within the vaccinated population, it raises the stakes not only among the vaccinated but also among the unvaccinated, who are now faced with a far more virulent foe than normal. Miller said: “In terms of herd immunity, you not only have … this selective pressure that’s keeping you from being able to achieve herd immunity (because the microorganisms are always attempting to evade the vaccine), but pertussis vaccine is only 60% effective. That’s with the best estimates. And that’s only for a couple of years. “Studies show that even after three, four or five years, you’re back to almost no efficacy whatsoever, almost back to the pre-vaccine period. “How can you expect to achieve herd immunity with a vaccine that is only 60% effective? “You can vaccinate 100% of the population and you cannot achieve herd immunity with a vaccine that is only 60% effective. Influenza vaccines — many years, these vaccines are not good matches for the circulating virus — so you have 0% efficacy. In the best years, you only have 30%, 40% or 50% efficacy.” Studies show vaccinations increase infant mortality One of the tenets of conventional medicine is that if you vaccinate a population, everyone is going to be healthier. There will be less disease. But when you compare vaccination rates and health statistics, you find the converse is actually true. This is some of the most compelling information Miller shares in his book. For example, when comparing vaccination rates in 34 developed nations, they found a significant correlation between infant mortality rates and the number of vaccine doses infants received. Developed nations like the U.S. that require the most vaccines tend to have the highest infant mortality. You can read this study here. Miller said: “I’m the lead author on that study, actually. My co-author was Gary Goldman [Ph.D., who] worked for the CDC for seven years. He quit when he found that the CDC was not allowing anything detrimental [to get out]. “Goldman found problems with the chickenpox vaccine and wanted to publish that data. The CDC said, ‘We’re not going to allow you to do that.’ That’s when Goldman quit. “Goldman and I did two peer-reviewed studies. “The children in the United States are required — if they follow the CDC’s immunization schedule — to receive the most vaccines in the developed world, actually throughout the world. Globally. Twenty-six vaccines. Other developed nations require less. “Some nations only require 12 vaccines — Switzerland, Sweden, Iceland and other European nations — yet they have better infant mortality rates. That’s what our study looked at. [V]accines are promoted as being lifesaving. They’re given to children to protect them against dying from infectious diseases. “We gathered all the immunization schedules from the 34 nations [and found] the United States had the 34th worst infant mortality rate … It had the worst. “Thirty-three nations in the developed world had better infant mortality rates. We did the study and we found what many people would find to be a counterintuitive relationship. “We found a statistically significant relationship. There was a direct correlation between the number of vaccines that a nation required for their infants and the infant mortality rate. The more vaccines that a nation required, the worse the infant mortality rate.” Why is this not front-page news? Many naïvely believe that if all of this is true, if vaccines truly were doing more harm than good, it would be front-page news. The reason you rarely if ever hear anything about studies such as this one is because the vaccine industry has an iron grip on the information being publicly disseminated. Collusion between federal regulatory agencies, the government and the industry is just one of several hurdles preventing this kind of information from being widely known. You have individuals like Dr. Julie Gerberding, who headed up the CDC and was in charge of infectious disease recommendations for seven years before moving on to become president of Merck Vaccines, one of the largest vaccine manufacturers in the world. That’s just one of many dozens of examples of this revolving door, which in turn has led to the breakdown of true science-based medicine. “We have a serious problem where top scientists admit that they drop data points from studies that they’ve been influenced by the people who are funding their studies to sometimes not publish the study because it didn’t come up with the results they wanted, and so on,” Miller said. He continued: “We have a serious problem with the pharmaceutical industry controlling which studies get published. Also, there’s a serious problem because the pharmaceutical companies are controlling the advertising dollars that go out to the major media. “Mainstream media makes approximately 70% of its income from pharmaceutical ads. They do not want to publish or promote anything, even in their newscasts that would be critical of vaccines because it could compromise their potential to keep bringing in these millions of dollars they make every year from the pharmaceutical companies.” The greatest, most serious problem we currently face is the concerted push to mandate vaccines and eliminate personal belief exemptions. For example, to go to school in California, you now have to be fully vaccinated. No exemptions are allowed, which is really a violation of human rights. Giving multiple simultaneous vaccines is extremely risky, study shows The second study Miller and Goldman published analyzed nearly 40,000 reports of infants who suffered adverse reactions after vaccines. Here, they found that infants given the most vaccines were significantly more likely to be hospitalized or die compared to those who received fewer vaccines. It’s worth noting that this data was obtained from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database, a passive reporting system, and that research has confirmed passive reporting systems underreport by 50 to 1. What this means is that when you find one report in VAERS, you have to multiply that by 50 to get closer to reality because, on average, only 1 in 50 adverse events are ever reported. Doctors have a legal obligation to report side effects to VAERS, but they don’t, and there are no ramifications for failure to make a report. Parents can also make a report to the database, and I encourage all parents to do so, should their child experience a vaccine reaction. At present, VAERS has over 500,000 reports of adverse reactions to vaccines, and every year, more than 30,000 new reports are added to it. Miller and Goldman downloaded this database and created a program to extract all the reports involving infants. In all, they extracted the reports of 38,000 infants who experienced an adverse reaction following the receipt of one or more vaccines. They then created a program that was able to determine the number of vaccines each infant had received before suffering an adverse reaction and stratified the reports by the number of vaccines (anywhere from one to eight) the infants had received simultaneously before the reaction took place. They specifically honed in on serious adverse reactions requiring hospitalization or that led to death. Here’s what they found: Infants who received three vaccines simultaneously were statistically and significantly more likely to be hospitalized or die after receiving their vaccines than children who received two vaccines at the same time. Infants who received four vaccines simultaneously were statistically and significantly more likely to be hospitalized or die than children who received three or two vaccines, and so on all the way up to eight vaccines. Children who received eight vaccines simultaneously were “off-the-charts” statistically and significantly more likely to be hospitalized or die after receiving those vaccines. Children who received vaccines at an earlier age were significantly more likely to be hospitalized or die than children who received those vaccines at a later age. Childhood vaccination schedule is based on convenience, not science or safety As noted by Miller: “The industry, the CDC and Dr. Paul Offit tell us that you can take multiple vaccines. Offit said you could theoretically take 10,000 vaccines at one time; that an infant can be exposed to that many pathogens simultaneously without hurting the child. “The CDC’s immunization schedule requires that children receive eight vaccines at 2 months of age, eight vaccines at 4 months of age and eight vaccines at 6 months of age. “I ask parents, ‘When did you ever take eight drugs at the same time? … If you did take eight drugs at the same time, would you think it was more likely that you would or would not have an adverse reaction?’ “Because toxicologists know that the more drugs you take at the same time, the more potential for some kind of a synergistic or additive toxicity … What this study confirms is that it’s a dangerous practice to give multiple vaccines simultaneously. “The CDC has put together a schedule based on convenience. They say ‘Give eight vaccines at 2 months, give eight more vaccines at 4 months and give eight more booster shots at 6 months’ because it’s convenient. “They’re afraid that parents will not come to the pediatrician again and again and again if they have to keep coming back for more vaccines, so they get multiple [shots all at once]. “They said, ‘We’re going to make this schedule based on convenience.’ Not based on evidence. Not based on science. There’s nothing scientific about the CDC’s recommended immunization schedule. ***Note: Read the description because I know a little about this myself and have put in what I know. I have included 3 separate videos. You can skip through if you don’t like one. FIRST: Never Admit to a Debt, never attempt to Pay a Debt, and do NOT feel guilty to these f*ckers because once you know that they literally bought all your debt for probably .05 on the dollar or even less, and you know the tactics they use to stress you out, you have NO reason to feel any guilt whatsoever. What do I do then? Ask for a Debt Validation Letter from the Debt Collectors who Purchase your Credit Card Debt. You want to get the debt Verified. If you don’t DISPUTE the Validity of the Debt they will ASSUME it to be Valid. If you dispute the debt in writing they will have to obtain Verification of that debt. Dispute the Validity and Request Verification of the Debt, do this in writing to them. All disputes must be in writing and keep copies. What to dispute? You don’t need to say, all you have to say is “I dispute the debt.” That is ALL you have to say period. That will TRIGGER your Rights under the Law. Because you have extra rights if you dispute. You can also say I am unaware if allegations are true or untrue, I am disputing the said debt and request debt verification and debt validation. Requesting Verification of the said Debt – What does this mean? A lot of Judges don’t even really know and many will disagree with each other about what it means. Verification is not the same as Validation as when you request verification they really don’t have to give you a lot. In verifying a debt, all they have to provide is your name, address and debt amount, that’s it. So, unless they completely have the wrong person it does very little in your favor, but it is always good just to make sure it is YOU and not another person who has the same name as you or is impersonating you. Basically, verification means if it is really your debt and if the amounts of debt is correct. They do have to provide you with this information before they collect – in other words they must send you a written notice with your name, address and debt amount before they can collect. If you send them that letter that says “I dispute the debt.” They have to give you the verification information and they have to report to the credit agency that this debt is being disputed. So this could be a “technicality” if you can prove they did not do this. If they fail to do this, it is a violation of the FDCPA – Fair Debt and Collection Practices This has to be done within 30 Days of receiving the INITIAL Letter from the Debt Collector, so it is VERY important to get right on this when receive a letter from these Junk Debt Purchasers. When you send your debt verification and dispute letter, ALWAYS use Certified Mail with a Returned Receipt, it may cost you an extra $5 to $10, but it is a must to beat these f*ckers because this the most important step of the entire process. Never respond to their phone calls and when you send the dispute and verification request, make sure you let them know that you want all communications to be done by mail and then put this in your letter → “please cease and desist all calls and contact with me immediately.” After this, they can ONLY contact you for two reasons: 1. That they are going to STOP trying to Collect from you and 2. They intend to take Action against you such as filing a Lawsuit Also, once again, Keep Copies of Everything you send them as you may need these for your court date. After you send them the letter saying “I dispute the said debt, please provide verification of the debt” they will send you a Debt Validation Letter. Debt Validation – 15 US CODE 1692g Letter. A debt validation letter is what a debt collector sends you to prove that you owe them money. This letter shows you the details of a specific debt, outlines what you owe, who you owe it to, and when they need you to pay. This letter must communicate 5 important rights that you have. 1. Amount of the Debt 2. Who is this Deb Owed to – what is the name of the credior 3. A statement that unless you Dispute the Validity of the Debt, they will Assume it to be Valid. 4. They must tell you that if you notify them that you dispute the debt in writing that they will obtain verification of the debt. 5. They must tell you if the Original Creditor to whom the money was owed is different from the current creditor that the debt collector is now collecting for. Request PROOF through Evidence that they purchased the debt and are now legal holders of the debt. Right #5 is important because you want to know if they now hold the original contract of the debt. If they don’t, and you go to court, you win. When these Debt Collectors Buy Debt, they are NOT buying the Original Copy that has YOUR Signature and they need this to verify that you actually owe them the money. Some of them will buy this original copy with your signature but most do not as they are buying JUNK Debt for pennies on the dollar. They have to be the LEGAL Holders of the Debt. If you pay them ANY money that is consenting that you owe the debt and the payment forms a binding contract between you and them. Never admit verbally or in writing to a debt as that is a form of contract. The statute of limitations on debt in NJ is six years according to Section 2A:14-1 of the state's laws. The statute of limitations applies to all kinds of debt. These include written, oral, promissory, or open. Once this period lapses, you cannot sue an individual or use force to try and recover the debt. The statute of limitation begins from the last day you paid the debt. So if you never pay the debt collectors anything and that time period has expired I don’t believe they can place liens on your property or any of your assets. In NE it was 4 years. You can may have to go for about 4 to 6 years without a credit card if you don’t somehow settle it all and then after this period you can begin applying and building credit back up. Paying these credit card junk collection agencies will not even help rebuild your credit so what’ the point of even paying them. Play the system and wait it out, it is pretty much just like bankruptcy without going through the legalities and embarrassment. There is a reason why these debt collectors do not want to buy the Original Contracts and that is because it costs more and it is a risky investment on their part as the original creditors have failed to collect, so it is easier for them to simply buy pieces of the debt and try to bully you into believing you own them when they don’t even have the original debt contract. That is why you go to court when these f*ckers send you the letter. If you don’t, they will be rewarded through default by the Judge and they will do everything they can to collect which includes placing liens on your assets. Believe me, I know. Debt collectors can restart the statute of limitations if you make a payment. So never pay these junk debt collectors. Debt Collectors also must have a license to purchase debt in your state, so make sure they have the license. Put as much pressure on them as they are on you. Do not talk to them on phone, do EVERYTHING via MAIL. Even if you pay these Junk Debt Collectors off, it won’t improve your credit, it doesn’t count on your true credit report. Once a credit card company sells your debt, the damage to your credit has already been done. *Remember this → Credit goes down because of Derogatory Remarks not because of actually not paying it and there can only be on derogatory remark after these scum bags buy your credit card debt. It has bottomed out at this point. The debt will stay on your credit for 7 years after your last payment and after this you can begin rebuilding your credit. Yes, there may be this 7 year period where your credit struggles, but once everything is removed creditors will begin contacting you once again shortly. Trust me, this IS how it works – 100%. To make sure debt collectors do not bombard and harass you with phone calls write them a letter that says: “please cease and desist all calls and contact with me immediately.” Remember to always do all communicating by mail and never on the phone with those f*ckers. Ask me questions if you have any, but definitely defend yourself when they purchase your debt or they will make life a nightmare. In Nebraska, the statute of limitations on a debt is four years from your last payment. If four years have expired, you are no longer legally responsible for the debt. I believe the original contract was based on fraud as I had Debt collectors can restart the clock on old debt if you: Admit the debt is yours. Make a partial payment.
