Stormy Spring day in the Garden... Sharing a 5min Conversation that filled my Heart and Soul!

So funny how our intuition works to support us... on so many levels...

the Dance of Spring's Exuberant Desire to Sprout Forth & Winter's cool tempering outside & within... was ever present this morning.

My intuition kept pushing me to get up even when I wanted to stay in bed... And when I finely gave in....Magic unfolded!

not only did I get a swim in... that made my body feel cared for...
but also... I had my Heart and Soul filled by the most lovely conversation this morning!
A Woman Iv'e been swimming with for over a year asked me ..."are you a Gardner?" Which led us into speaking about growing spiciffic mushroom variety's... it was a lovely heart filled discussion about Mother Earth being there with all her wonderful Ancient Medicine Wisdom to Support & Heal our Bodies... WOW!
