Celebrating National FlowerDay by Planting a Spring inspired Flower Box

Greetings to you today!
I found out this morning that today was National Flower Day!

So.....in Celebration of this Auspicious day, for a lover of all things Flowers... we are Planting a box with Scabious, (also known as pin cushion flower)
along with Yellow Pansies & a couple of budded-up Peach branches I snagged... after helping my neighbor prune her peach tree.

I picked up these flowers a few days back on a sun filled day while at the big box Grocery store because they looked soooo wonderful! And in all my years of plant shopping I know that if the price is right and the plants are this lovely.... get them! because that is a winning combination! you will be able to tuck them in pots and later out into the landscape...a total win win!

Funny... it was as if I were preparing for this project today!
So lovely when the Universe gently nudges you with support in the perfect timing & space & direction for something you are conspiring to create!! This is one of those Serendipity events!

With the power of a single flower’s creative Superpower to Bloom, be Beautiful, attracting pollinators that inspire the onset of new seed development... perpetuating new life.... is simply an Awesome act of Creation!
I think we can safely say that Flowers are the givers of new life!

I just think that is so cool that we can choose to frame things in ways that support us in this Journey of life.

On this day of Celebration... we are encouraged to take in the life giving energy & beauty of Flowers...
