Watermelon Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 med Watermelon (6-7 cups diced) cold
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tbsp Fresh Mint
1 Lime
Pinch Pink Salt
Pinch Fresh Pepper

Peel and dice Watermelon.
Rinse and air dry Blueberries.
Chiffonade Mint Leaves.
Zest and juice Lime.
Combine Watermelon, Blueberries, Mint, Lime Zest and Juice.
Season with Salt & Pepper.
