Pilots Sue FAA For Violation of Policies

Let me see if I got this right. The FAA is forcing pilots to break their own administration's rules by taking the death jab, or be fired. Now the pilots must sue the very FAA rule breakers to keep their jobs? I hope we are able to see FAA accountability.

I sent a letter November 9th to (listed below) regarding the fact that page 384 of the 2021 Guide to Aviation Medical Examiners was suggesting it's acceptable to fly with an experimental vaccination. An excerpt: "That document appears to indicate the following vaccines are FDA approved: Johnson & Johnson/ Janseen Moderna Pfizer-BioNTech/ Comirnaty I'm not sure if it's a typographical error or an oversight, but of all those, only Comirnaty is FDA approved. All the others are Emergency Use Authorization. This leads me to some questions, based on the “Vaccines” document: 1) If a pilot received any Covid-19 vaccine other than Comirnaty, can that pilot continue to exercise the privileges of all pilot certificates held? 2) If it is an oversight or typographical error, will the FAA publish an official statement to the effect pilot's are authorized to receive an experimental injection or drug while exercising the privileges of their pilot certificates? 3) If a pilot is involved in a incident or accident in which side affects from receiving a Covid-19 vaccine (other than Comirnaty) were a contributing factor, and it's discovered the vaccine was EUA and thus NOT approved by the FAA (according to the “Vaccines” document), what ramifications could there be, if any, for the pilot, the issuing medical examiner and the FAA?" Hopefully, this does better.

SO Who were the fools that took the vacs and still went out piloting knowing this rule and knowing they may be jeopardizing the lives of the people.!!!!!! They should be HELD ACCOUNTABLE too.

Ground all pilots who took the jab. They are not fit for duty.

What should concern these pilots, and the airlines, although understand some made their choices so not to fault them, being forced to take the jab or lose everything, that fear is real. however, with the high altitudes the risk of blood clots increase, and out of no-where, God forbid, those that have taken the jab if hit by a blood clot, the whole plane and those on it are at risk, not just the pilots. So, who will be held accountable if/when that starts to occur?

I always want to read the source being referenced, however from ecfr.gov: Title 14, Part 65 deals with "CERTIFICATION: AIRMEN OTHER THAN FLIGHT CREWMEMBERS". That doesn't have anything to do with pilots. Did I mishear what she said? Anyone have clarification on this?
