Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai, MIT PhD, the Inventor of Email, Scientist, Educator, Engineer, discusses February 5, 2021 court ruling by a NY STATE Supreme Court Judge which clarified that just because the Governor certified an election in a Federal Election, it doesn't mean that election cannot contested cannot de-certified. The Judge ruled the candidate has rights to appeal including to take a court order to either chamber of Congress. respectively. the House or Senate to decertify the election.
