DNI Ratcliffe WONT Have The Official Election Report Until January, Could He Have Something Sooner?

The Executive Order from 2018 has a 45 day window that requires an official report from the Director of National Intelligence detailing specific instances of election interference. That window closes December 18 and the report is not expected to be ready until January.

James Ratcliffe has seen the evidence and has confirmed to CBS that there has been significant interference from the CCP, Russia and Iran. Many intelligence departments are involved in this report and are the reason for its delay.

It's always been highly unlikely that anything would happen regarding this Executive Order and the conspiracy surrounding it looks like the beginnings of a 'Russiagate' for the Right, so we should tread lightly. But with the information that Ratcliffe has, he could issue a report tomorrow and throw the entire situation into flux. It is 2020 after all.
