Info from Licensor: "Surprising poplar fluff burning in the Cidacos de Calahorra park, which is not controlled by the fire department. We do not know how it started, nor if it was caused intentionally or accidentally. Firefighters were notified, arriving minutes later. Several of the people present tried to smother the fire on the branches that were collaterally catching fire."
