Summertime refreshing no-bake treat - Fresh Strawberry Mousse - so creamy and fluffy. So simple with only 3 ingredients. We are also enjoying 2 week old labrador retriever puppies. Their eyes and ears are opening and it is so interesting to watch them.

FRESH STRAWBERRY MOUSSE
3/4 lb (12.5 oz) fresh strawberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
extra strawberries for garnishing if desired

Clean and slice strawberries
Blend with the granulated sugar to make the puree
Set aside 1/2 cup

In a cold bowl whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form
Fold in the puree (except the 1/2 cup) to make the mousse

Assembling the mousse
Divide the 1/2 cup puree between 4 (1 cup) glasses or dishes
Top with the mousse mixture

Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving,
Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
