The Florida legislature just passed a bill banning teens and children under 16 from social media. It's now sitting on the Governors desk to sign. This state legislature has been trying to ban social media for teens and children for some time. Does the state have the right to outright ban what people can watch, or is this the parents right? How will Florida enforce this law? Will the Children or Parents be penalized with fines or jail time? Whether you agree is disagree this decision for state government to control what we watch is big.
