Delicious Easy Individual Apple Strudels Recipe

This is our way of making easy individual Apple Strudels. You can serve them warm or at room temperature. Plain, dusted with Powdered Sugar or served with Vanilla Ice Cream.

Apple Strudels
Ingredients:
Dough:
3 cups Flour
1 tbsp melted Butter
1 Egg
Pinch of Salt
Dash of Vinegar
1 tbsp Oil
2/3 cup warm Water

Filling:
4 lrg Apples (peeled, cored & sliced)
1/4 cup Raisins
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Sugar

Topping:
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Sugar

2 tbsp Butter

9 × 13" Dish

Combine all Dough Ingredients, knead until smooth.
Place Dough in bowl, cover with a towel, set aside.
Combine all Filling Ingredients, set aside.
Coat the dish with 1 tbsp Butter.
Melt 1 tbsp of Butter in small bowl, set aside.
Preheat Oven 350° F
Roll Dough in a log and divide in 8 equal portions.
Roll out each portion in a square ( about 7 x 7")
Brush each square with melted Butter.
Place equal amount of Apple Mixture in the middle lengthwise.
Fold the Dough over Apples and place in buttered Dish, seam up.
Combine Topping Ingredients, whisk well.
Pour around the Apple Strudels.
Bake 45 - 50 Minutes, or until golden.
Enjoy!
