He is a popular presence online and has presented a notable series called “Who’s the Boss? Women and Men in Biblical and Cultural Contexts” looking into various elements of the discussion of women in ministry, in the home and in society.

Mike Davis is a pastor, author, speaker, corporate trainer, and emotional success coach With his wife Karen Mike co-founded The Optimal Performance Group, a training and development company as well as The Centre for Christian Training and Development: a Christian training and Development company devoted to helping believers to understand the Scriptures in its original context as well as training Christians in Emotional Success skills from a Biblical perspective.

Mike has been in ministry for 48 years, has served as an associate pastor and is currently the lead and teaching pastor at The Oasis Fellowship in Chino, California

Mike is a faculty member and trainer with the American Management Association focusing on training leaders in Emotional Intelligence, leadership, and communication skills.

He has trained and coached individuals and teams in Fortune 500 companies in live, face to face trainings as well as through virtual online events, around the world for the past 30 years with clients in America, England, Israel, India, Greece, and South Africa.

He lives in Southern CA with Karen, his wife of 35 years, His 3 daughters (Oliva, Michaela and Chloe), his son in law Dont’a, 3 grandsons (Nathan, Skyler and Oliver) and his granddaughter Zoe (also known as “The Cut_e_n_e_s_s_”)_.
