This thing has 9 levels (recommended to start at level 1 then move up from there) and 3 settings (hair removal, skin care, or ace remover), and an ice option to cool the skin.

Hair removal whether with a laser or IPL is a slow process. Results can vary based on the location of the hairs and/or thickness.

I had laser hair removal a few years ago. So this is for touch ups. The price point is around $40 online.
