Easy and simple but very tasty homemade Cornbread Muffins.
Cornbread Muffins
Ingredients:
240 gr Corn Muffin Mix (1 pkg. JIFFY)
1 Egg
1/3 cup Whole Milk
6 oz Sour Cream
2/3 cup Corn
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Turmeric
12 Muffin Cups
Preheat Oven 400° F
Fill Muffin Pan with Paper Cups.
Combine Muffin Mix, Turmeric, Corn, Sour Cream, Milk & Egg, mix well.
Let the Mixture rest for 5 Minutes.
Stir and fill each cup equally with Batter.
Bake 20 Minutes or until set and golden.
Cool on Wire Rack.
Enjoy!
