How to make Yummy Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

The great thing about Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies is that you can make them for any Holiday or Theme Party by changing the center. Just use the according Halloween (black/orange), Christmas (red/green) or St. Patrick's Day (mint/green) or Special Occasion (chocolate/cream) Hershey Kisses.

Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies
Ingredients:
Cookies:
1-3/4 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
8 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

Coating:
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

30 Chocolate/Cream Kisses

Combine Flour, Baking Soda and Salt, set aside.
Cream together Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Egg, Vanilla & Peanut Butter, add Flour Mixture.
Cover with Plastic Wrap and refrigerate for 30 Minutes.
Preheat Oven 375° F
Line Cookie Sheet with Baking Mat.
Whisk together Sugar and Cinnamon, set aside.
Form dough into Balls (24 gr each).
Roll each Ball in Sugar Mixture and place on Cookie Sheet.
Bake 10 Minutes.
Immediately after baking place one Choc/Cream Kiss in the middle of each Cookie and press down lightly.
Rest Cookies for 8 Minutes on Cookie Sheet than transfer & cool on wire rack.
Makes 30 Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies.
Store in airtight Container at room temp.
