Today, we’re going to cover what you need to know about synthetic vitamins. Most vitamins are synthetic, and people don’t even know it.

What are synthetic vitamins?
They are man-made vitamins that are synthesized to try to make them the same as natural molecules. But, what’s missing is the whole vitamin complex found in nature. Even though you may have a high-potency synthetic vitamin, the reason why your urine is so yellow is that you’re just peeing it out. This happens because it’s almost toxic to your body. You never want to take synthetic vitamins long-term.

You don’t even need to focus on natural vitamins. I’m saying to focus on taking whole food concentrates.

When you take high amounts of synthetic vitamins, it depletes the other associated parts that normally come with that natural vitamin complex. When you create these deficiencies, you could experience many different synthetic vitamin side effects like bleeding gums and spider veins.

What to do:
Look for vitamins that come in their whole complex. Avoid synthetic vitamins. To get your vitamins, minerals, and nutrients only consume food or whole food concentrates.
