Volusia releases body cam of 8 street-level drug dealers being arrested and 6 more are wanted

Volusia sheriff’s deputies and detectives wrapped up a series of undercover narcotics investigations this week, with 8 street-level drug dealers arrested and 6 more wanted on charges of selling heroin, methamphetamine and fentanyl in West Volusia.

Over the course of a 3-month operation, VSO detectives with the Deltona Narcotics Enforcement Team conducted 28 controlled narcotics purchases and seized about 182 grams of heroin/fentanyl, 67 grams of methamphetamine, 106 grams of cocaine, and a variety of pills.

The arrests included one drug dealer (Rene Roque) who was living in the woods near the DeBary neighborhood of Saxon Woods. In February, a group of kids playing in a field near the woods found the body of a woman who was later determined to have suffered a fentanyl and methamphetamine overdose shortly after leaving Roque’s campsite.

* Ronald Lee Stidd Jr. (DOB 1/4/1992): Sale of heroin
* Adalberto Pereira Cruz Marecos (DOB 8/24/1965): Sale of methamphetamine
* William Charles Remelius (DOB 8/24/1965): Sale of heroin
* Christopher Frizzell (DOB 9/16/1991): Sale of fentanyl
* Alexander Cepeda (DOB 3/9/1995): Sale of methamphetamine
* Rene Roque (DOB 12/9/1964): Sale of fentanyl
* Kwame Garvey Joseph (DOB 2/21/1979): Sale of Schedule IV substance (Oxycodone)

Still wanted at the time of this writing are:
* Luis Quiles Jr. (DOB 11/10/1972): Sale of methamphetamine
* Darren Lawayne Graham (DOB 4/22/1989): Sale of heroin
* Keith Lane Kratzer (DOB 5/11/1982): Sale of heroin within 1,000 feet of a park
* Ra’kim Me’shod Edwards (DOB 2/10/1992): Sale of fentanyl
* Latoya Lawson (DOB 9/6/1984): Sale of fentanyl
* Jonathan Rodriguez* (DOB 3/7/1987): Trafficking in fentanyl
*Rodriguez’s whereabouts are known, as he’s currently hospitalized for an unrelated medical issue.
