Ice Shard/Mines Thunderer Titan Quest

This was my first foray into a "pure spellcaster" build, the build is always on a knifes edge between damage out-put, energy sustain, and survivability.

Ice shards is a "shotgun" ability under the storm mastery looks good on paper, hard to play (as a thunderer)
