Mr. Bob Hughes has over 50 years of experience in the printing industry and more specifically 16 years of experience printing ballots for Maricopa County Elections. In 2021 he also helped establish the auditing criteria for the printing and paper portion of the 2020 Maricopa County ballot audit and helped select and setup the equipment used during the audit to do the ballot counting.

Mr. Hughes has done a deep dive investigation into the printer malfunctions that occurred on Election Day 2022, in Maricopa County and the evidence is clear.

The only way that the printers malfunctioned on election day was through intentional sabotage. What's more interesting? The county appears to have been aware of the problems in mid-October and then appeared to cover them up, with 100% error free logic and accuracy tests provided at a later date.

My theory is the replacement ballot images were remotely installed the night before via the Internet to the poll site books, knowing full well that the reduced 19" image size would not be able to be read after being printed in that new shrunken format.
Did you know that in the printing industry, it is standard operation procedure to weigh the paper, not count the paper. The 25K or more missing ballots that appeared later in the week would have stacked up to a five story building. How does the SOS, Runbeck or the County explain that? They can't.
