Cesar Flores Ramirez aka "Chepe" is an inmate of the Wisconsin prison system. An illegal immigrant, yet on the cusp of freedom, is of recently legally battling for his life. Initially sentenced to 45yrs of incarceration appealed his sentence having been set for release back to his homeland of Mexico. Now back in the courts having the state of Wisconsin see to his appealed decision of early release overturned. This begs the question, with the insurgence of illegals into America and the ever growing prison population is extending the prison sentence of an individual meaningful gain and/or a wise decision?
