In this video, I’ll show you two simple stretches that can help relieve the tension and tightness you may feel in your mid back. Whether you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk (or makeshift couch desk!)or hunched over your phone,these stretches can help open you right up and alleviate discomfort. Follow along as I guide you through kneeling extension and quadruped rotation, that target the muscles around your spine and open up the front of your body. Take it slow, listen to your body, and breathe deeply as you stretch. Give these two stretches a try and say goodbye to mid back tightness!
