Joshua 1:8 King James Version
8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY FRIENDS!!!
Something about Psalm 1, has always intrigued me, and every time I read it, I'm not only challenged by it, but I learned something new. Sometimes, I'm even reminded of something important from it, and that's what makes reading a familiar passage of scripture that much special. There's something about what Psalm 1:1 says, in how happy a person is who truly follows God, by doing the opposite of what sinful people do, that always amazes me. But one of the things that really amazes me the most, is how in verse 2 of this Psalm, they choose to meditate on, study, and “root themselves” in God's Word, to not only merely prosper, but most of all, find the daily strength that they need. I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotional, spoke to my heart so deeply, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God will challenge you through them too.

How does the Bible provide a foundation for the way you live?

What I'd like to do right now, my friends, is share some things that God showed me from his word this morning, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, in hopes that you will see how important it is to not just simply mindlessly memorize God's word, but to meditate on, study it carefully, and not be afraid to live it out. Come join me in this blog tonight my friends, and learn what it means to meditate on, and truly, truly make the foundation of your spiritual life on God's word! 😊

Well, my friends, I have to close this post for tonight, but I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will challenge as well as motivate you to make God's word your daily and only focus in your life.

What can help you meditate on scripture throughout the day?

I pray that you truly take time to not only memorize, but also truly meditate on, and learn God's word every day, so that you can live out its principles and precepts. That you will choose to root yourself firmly in God's word every day, so that you will be able to find the strength, wisdom, and courage that you need to face not just simply life's challenges, but to face the evil one, and all of his machinations. Put on that whole armor of God every day, so that you can stand against the devil, and live the victorious blessed life!

UNTIL FRIDAY EVERYONE:

HAVE AN ABUNDANTLY BLESSED EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
