Woodturning - A Coffee / Latte Mug

This weeks project is something I was asked to make a while back somewhere in the comments of one of the previous coffee mugs I've made. The base and handle are cast and made from Pewter, in the video you will see me adding a grey powder to the glue, this is left over pewter dust from sanding of the pewter parts and adds colour to the glue.
The mug is finished with polymer coating which durable, food safe and heat resistant. The wood is apple and part of a batch I've had for sometime now, it was pretty well dried but just needed that bit extra hence going in the oven for a few hours.
If there is enough interest in the mug I may think about producing a small batch of them later on in the year.
