The emotional rollercoaster that comes with buying or selling land! Kentucky land sale update!

We should have been signing papers and getting a check in a few days!! UGGGHH! But of course we are not! Join us for a Kentucky land sale update as we thought things were all just about wrapped up and we would be closing on time, on or before Feb 15th.. NOT SO! Today I'll talk about our specific situation and what happened recently that has set this Kentucky land sale back, most likely another month! When someone in the chain of duties with a land purchase or land sale drops the ball, it effects everyone involved! The buyers want to get to their dream property and the sellers want to get paid and move on with life!
