The White House - $320 million
Chosen as the presidential house since the 1800s, the white house would be the most expensive house ever sold on U.S. soil but I don’t see that happening anytime soon. The White House has a total of 132 rooms across 6 floors, a tennis court, jogging track, swimming pool, movie theater, and bowling lane. Every new president gets $100,000 to decorate the bedroom.

Villa Leopolda - 736 million

You’ll also find ballrooms, banquet halls, a post office, police station, doctor’s surgery room, cinema and a swimming pool within the palace. Although it’s incredibly unlikely the home will ever be sold, it’s 1.5 billion worth comes thanks to the rapid increase in land value in London.
