Larry Elder argues Barack Obama has had very different comments on race and racism at different times. “Commencement Speaker Obama” had a positive view of race relations, and he said race didn’t hold him back when it came to running for president. However, “Political Obama” said racism is “part of our DNA,” and he seemed to treat racial conflict as a way of encouraging black people to vote for the Democratic Party. Which is correct?
