100% kills is almost impossible due to an arch-vile that remains contained. There is a way to kill it by standing in a specific spot and shooting at the wall he is behind with rockets. It takes a lot of rockets and a lot of time to kill him. I did not do so with this playthrough (I found this out after), and so I got 99% kills on this level.
