Dear Pastor Bob: I am a believer, but how can I know what God's will is for me, or if what I am doing in life is in tune with His plans? For instance, I am not from a Middle Eastern background but seem to be good at Arabic. The only way I could have learned it is if God had a hand in it (and I know that He did), but it seems like whenever I try to apply for jobs that would enable me to use Arabic, I get rejected. Am I misreading something, or am I relying on my own understanding by assuming that I need to use it for His purposes?
