in the flesh = A PERSON

that spirit of antichrist = Another Christ as in the Trinitarian concept placing Jesus as "the 2nd Person of the Godhead"

The Spirit of AntiChrist is the TRINITY False Doctrine

Jesus and all of the Apostles warned and warned of the soon coming wolves that would creep into the church like wolves to scatter the sheep.

John even wrote that the Spirit of the AC was present and working.
