Jurisdiction: Vision

Jurisdiction is the best word to describe how we function in the Kingdom of God.
Jurisdiction: To declare the law and administer justice. To “declare the law” is to declare the Word of God as the final
authority. We “administer justice” by walking in righteousness.
Just before the fall of Jerusalem (586 B.C.) the prophet Habakkuk cried out to God because of all the violence and
wickedness around him. The citizens, especially the poor, were being oppressed as the legal system basically collapsed.
The law seemed powerless and justice was nowhere to be found.
Hab 1:1 The burden which the prophet Habakkuk saw.
Burden means “oracle” or “prophecy.” An oracle is a vision or revelation. Habakkuk had a vision from God, a revelation
on how to encourage the faithful remnant in difficult times. God showed him Babylon would invade Jerusalem, but also
that He will bring down Babylon. God’s protection will always be on his faithful remnant.
Habakkuk had two main questions for God
1) O Lord, how long shall I cry and You will not hear?
2) Are You not from everlasting, O Lord my God my Holy One?
Hab 1:2-4 O Lord, how long shall I cry, And You will not hear? Even cry out to You, "Violence!" And You will not save. 3
Why do You show me iniquity, And cause me to see trouble? For plundering and violence are before me; There is strife,
and contention arises. 4 Therefore the law is powerless, And justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the
righteous; Therefore perverse judgment proceeds.
God answers Habakkuk first question by telling him He will bring in soldiers from Babylon to invade Jerusalem. After
Habakkuk asks the second question, he waits like a sentinel for God’s answer in a spirit of humility.
Hab 2:1 I will stand my watch And set myself on the rampart, And watch to see what He will say to me, And what I will
answer when I am corrected.
Habakkuk assumes personal responsibility for what God is about to tell him, “I” “my” “myself” “me” “I” and “I” all used
in one sentence. Habakkuk’s first question came from a perspective that lacked faith, believing God did not hear him
because he still saw all of the wickedness. His second question is more positive as he acknowledges God as everlasting
and as my God, my Holy One indicating a personal trust in the awesomeness of God.
God’s answer to Habakkuk’s second question:
Hab 2:2-3 Then the Lord answered me and said: "Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who
reads it. 3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait
for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.”
When we cry out to God, He hears us and is already working on our problem. Sometimes we may not like His answer,
but we have to trust Him knowing He is everlasting, our Lord, our God, our Holy One and He fights for us! He will give us
a “vision” on how to move forward through the problems. This vision is an assignment or game plan for victory in Christ.
God gives the “vision” to one person so it can be clearly and accurately written down without confusion and doubt.
Hab 2:4 "Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.”
The Destroyer of a Vision: Pride and a Lack of Faith
The greatest destroyer of any vision is pride and a lack of faith. Pride will bring a critical spirit that can lead to rebellion
against the vision. A prideful heart will draw people to themselves and away from the vision. A prideful heart is not
willing to learn, as it is puffed-up and has no room for new revelation. A lack of faith will lead people to doubt, even fear.

This will cause murmuring and complaining, spreading like a cancer. This cancer will take people out of the vision one-
by-one and sometimes as a group.
Habakkuk pronounced 5 “woes” on the Babylonians indicating their moral weaknesses will result in their defeat. He also
prophesies the victory and protection of the faithful remnant (Hab 2:5-20).
In Spring of 2020, just like Habakkuk, I was crying out to the Lord about our tyrannical government shutting down
businesses, churches, dictating what we can and cannot buy, censoring our free speech, restricting our right to
assemble, forcing medical procedures upon us, restricting our travel, forcing our elderly with Covid into nursing homes
as our Constitutional rights were violated all because of a “plandemic.” I asked the Lord, “Please have someone stand up
and unite people together to stand against this tyranny and I will come along their side.”
God’s answer to me: “You do it! Start a grassroots, county-by-county movement, uniting together Small Businesses,
Patriots and the Churches to stand up as One Voice bringing the authority to govern back to our local communities, once
again becoming Constitutional Counties. Call this group “We The County.” This will not be a “Church” but a Freedom
Movement that stands on the foundation of true freedom, the shed blood of Jesus Christ.” The main reason I am
bringing you into the Patriotic movement is to declare and release My authority.” So I wrote the vision, and made it
plain for all who can see it, to run with it.
Church: Strong’s #1577, ecclesia (ek-klay-see-ah); an assembly of citizens, a calling out, a popular meeting, a religious
congregation, assembled together, Christian community of members on earth or heaven. According to Daniel Navejas,
the Greek word ecclesia was 900 years old when Jesus used the term to describe what He was building. It was not a
“Christian” or religious word. It was used by the Romans to represent the legislative and judicial branch of their
government. As Christians we are to release the authority Jesus has given us back into our government protecting our
God-given inalienable rights. If we are not speaking and releasing God’s authority establishing jurisdiction, Satan will
establish his jurisdiction; Education, Government, Entertainment, Media, Business-Finance, Family and Religion. We “call
forth” the Kingdom of God to be on earth as it is in Heaven. His Kingdom permeates everything, not just the Church.
The reason this is not a “Church Movement” is because God is using non-believers to advance His Kingdom and, in the
process, many of these non-believers will be born again. Life Song Church and Ignite the Thumb Ministries are the
spiritual covering for this Freedom Movement as we release the Morning Star Authority.
Rev 2:26-28 And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give *power over the nations — 27
'He shall rule them with a rod of iron; They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter's vessels' — as I also have received
from My Father; 28 and I will give him the morning star.
*Power: exousia (ex-oo-see'-ah); Greek #1849 authority, jurisdiction, liberty, power, right, strength. Exousia is the right
to use God’s power (dunamis; #1411, power-might-force) to establish jurisdiction.
This is the greatest authority the Church has ever walked in. It is a transitional authority to bring down Babylon and
move us into the Millennial Age of Christ. In order to be “in” God’s delegated authority, we have to be “under” God’s
delegated authority. We have to have a humble, obedient, submitted heart. Once our obedience is “fulfilled” we will be
ready to bring forth God’s justice correcting all disobedience to His Word (2 Cor 10:4-6).
The Flow of God’s Delegated Authority:
This authority is a mantle and it can only be carried by people with the right heart who are under His righteousness and
authority. A vision is an assignment-mantle from God. His delegated authority flows through the vision, then to the
person who received the assignment-mantle, then to those who will see, understand, believe and support that vision.
This is what I am seeing prophetically for 2023: “Justice will bring forth Liberty, the Supreme Law of the Land will stand
and Jurisdiction will be established, making the crooked places straight.”
Does Jesus have jurisdiction over your heart? Is He not only your Savior, but your Lord? Who leads your life?
