Thousands of nurses began to strike on Monday after negotiations failed between the New York State Nurses Association and hospital executives.

7,100 nurses from Mount Sinai Hospital and Montefiore Bronx began picketing at 6 am on Monday.
The nurses say they are caring for too many patients at a time due to staffing problems.
its disgraceful that nurses are underpaid anf overworked, while politicians are having all the perks and such a great life,
And while nurses are ESSENTIAL, WE CANT DO WITHOUT THEM, POLITICIANS IF THEY WILL VANISH,, WE WILL NOT EVEN FEEL THEY ARE NOT AROUND!
God bless every nurse out there!
Love you all!!
