Items Descriptions
Herb - Restores roughly 50 HP
Pill - Restores roughly 100 HP
Beta - Refills all PSI points (Can be used in dungeons)
SRAM - Allows the player to save the game on the overworld map
Opta - Boosts Psyche, Agility, and Luck by 1 each permanently (Can be used many times)
Anti - Cures poison status (Better to use after battle)
Going to the clinic also save the game, refills all PSI points and refills all HP.

Spells Descriptions
Basically, the best spells are Aura, Auratap, Outwarp, Blitz, Auraeus
Aura - Healing (30-60HP)
Bolt - Attack 1 Target: (20-80DMG)
Stare - Renders 1 enemy unconscious. (Does not work much)
Shadow - Evade Up (4-8%)
PSIBlock - Blocks 1 Target from using PSI.
GeneRot - Attack All (20-80DMG)
Schism - Confuses All.
Agnost - Reduces PSI damage from enemies (50%).
Auratap - Healing (150-300HP)
Fission - Attack 1 Target (40-160DMG)
Outwarp - Exits a dungeon.
Shield - Increases DEF (4-8DEF).
Blitz - Adds 1 extra hit per attack.
Fusion - Attack All (75-300DMG)
Auraeus - Max HP/Cures Poison in Battle.
Nova - Attack 1 Target (150-600DMG)
