In New Zealand a researcher at the University of Otago Wellington says Health Authorities should change the warning labels on vape products from threatening nicotine addiction warnings to positive messages encouraging smokers to take up vaping.

When you make it impossible for legitimate businesses to legally sell their safe, tested, legitimate, regulated products easily… a thriving black market will always serve the public’s desire for products.
Today we find 18, 19, and 20 year old kids selling to teenagers because they are hip to the latest social media platforms and thrive on popup black market social media sales.
